This workshop will help you understand why your system defaults to overfunctioning—and how to release the pressure without losing who you are.

  • No. This workshop is educational and reflective in nature and is not a substitute for individual therapy or mental health treatment. While it’s facilitated by a licensed therapist and informed by trauma-conscious approaches, it’s designed to offer insight, awareness, and nervous system support; not clinical treatment.

  • No. Listening counts as participation.

    You’re welcome to engage in whatever way feels supportive to you. There’s no pressure to speak, share personal details, or turn your camera on.

  • A replay option is available.

    If you’re unable to attend live, you can still access the workshop replay and engage with the material at your own pace. The replay will be available within 48 hours after the live workshop.

  • The live workshop is $97.
